" My wife and I spent three years searching for our ideal property in Spain and having finally decided on the Costa Blanca as the perfect location we made the normal arrangements with locally based estate agents to view properties. We discovered that many of the estate agents were keen to have us view properties that were not suitable based on our requirements and we wasted much of our time (and money) undertaking this fruitless effort.
